The format of “show and tell” is great for everybody to learn. I enjoy the behind-the-scene story by team leader and appreciate that everyone get chance to present. However it seems we only have time for presentation. There is no much time for Q&A and actually look at the plans for each project. It has to run pretty long after hours to go over all projects.
